An Exposition programme through exhibition will be organised alongside the summit. Interested organisations are expected to participate by showcasing their products, services and technologies. The Exposition is however is not a trade fair and materials for exhibition should be development-related concerns. This exhibition is dedicated to organisations and firms throughout the value chain in humanitarian actions and development practices. It will not only provide an opportunity for participants to present successful experiences, but also to raise awareness and to better educate visitors on the approach of policy dialogues for sustainable development and humanitarian actions, in relation to the theme of the event.
The event is also an ideal setting for exhibitors to increase their visibility by taking advantage of communication supports (stands, display of posters, digital media, etc.); they can highlight their activities for a national, regional and international audience, with many networking and business opportunities.
Only 80 Spaces (exhibition tables) are available and exhibitors will be considered on 'First Come First Served' basis. However, the exhibition will be organised as follows:
The knowledge sharing platforms on climate change and resilience, sustainable development and humanitarian action will be presented with special stands for the dissemination of documents, the projection of films and further opportunities for knowledge sharing on best practices relating to the theme of the event.
The different activities will be enhanced by artistic performances that will be hosted by artists involved in the issue of sustainable development and climate change.
