Methods of Registration

Two types of registration are available; You can either register online or complete and email us at summit@globalngocouncil.org the complete one page conference registration form found below.


Methods of Payment

All payments are in Euro (€) and the full amount must be received before the corresponding deadline.

  

Accepted credit cards are: Mastercard, Visa or American Express.


Payment by credit card is preferred.


Also, delegates can make fund/money transfer using Western Union or MoneyGram (this mostly applies for individual registration, especially for delegates from developing countries).


Alternatively, direct bank transfer, please find the bank details from the registration payment processes page or in your invoice.


In order to facilitate easy processing, please indicate your registration number or invoice number in your remittance(s).


Confirmation of Registration

We will send you a receipt and a final confirmation of your registration by email once your payment has been received. 


Registration Fees 

Details will be communicated in the Second Circular. Please note that the Summit, Expo and Awards ceremony are booked as one. However, should you choose to attend the Summit only or the awards night only, you can make payment for either one on the same registration form. 


However, please note that Standard Rates for attending the awards banquet/dinner only is €200 per person/delegate. And after February 28th, 2019, the Standard Rate for the Summit is €500 per person/delegate, including the awards night. 


Below you is the full registration fees and the discounts available for early payment:  

  • Before December 31: Registration per person is €350 
  • Before January 31: Delegates registration per person is €400
  • Before February 28: Delegates registration per person is €450
  • After March 1st, 2019, the Standard Delegation is €500 per person or delegate
  • Partners and Sponsoring organisations have a number of free passes allocated for their delegates; please refer to the partnership letter or sponsorship brochure for details 
  • Exhibitors are allocated two complementary passes for delegates to access conference facility and sessions, and also attend banquet and gala dinner (awards ceremony). 
  • Accompanying spouses are billed the same as conference delegates or guests at awards banquet. 

All fees include local VAT 10%


  • Day rate 300 EUR (cash or credit card) will be available onsite only (On April 29 & 30).

Registration Fee Covers: 

  • Attending all Conference sessions, presentations, and networking breaks 
  • Technical seminars and side events and use of meeting rooms facilities 
  • Company information packages of each Partner Company or Sponsoring Organisation
  • Transport from hotels to the Conference venue for international delegates 
  • Access to all social events, receptions, and lunches except for gala dinner, which is booked separate if not part of your full registration package 
  • Conference Proceedings on DVD 
  • Complimentary passes to the exhibition area/village
  • Receive conference bag with corporate gift and other conference materials, T-shirts, caps, etc. 
  • A copy of the Summit conference documentation
  • Conference stationeries, including pens, writing pads, name tags, stickers, markers, etc. 
  • Membership of the GLONGO MarketSite on the internet until July 2019, allowing delegates to: 
  • Download conference presentations 
  • Access a list of delegates as they register 
  • Contact other delegates via the site before and after the conference 
  • Complimentary copies of media partners’ publications. 

Registration: Delegates can register for both the summit and awards on the conference website at www.globalngosummit.org/registration-form or by completing the registration form of this brochure. 


Cancellation: The fee is non-refundable if cancellation is received after 1st April, 2019. 

For a cancellation before this date the fee will be refunded, less a handling charge of €200. 

Delegates can be substituted at any time. Please email the event secretariat with any changes.


Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel, Brussels, Belgium 


Hotel Accommodation: The Global NGO Council will secure hotel rooms for the Global NGO Summit in Brussels. To reserve the hotel of your choice you are strongly advised to book as early as possible. Details of hotels and their rates will be sent to delegates on registering and are subject to availability. Also we suggest the host hotel Radission Blu as the first option when making accommodation arrangements.


Conference Programme: The Organisers reserve the right to alter Summit timing, content, and speakers. The contract is subject to applicable laws. 


Dress Code: Business attire is acceptable throughout the event, and scheduled functions. The Dinner is Business Attire, preferably dark suit and black tie. 


Data Protection: Personal data is gathered in accordance with the applicable laws. This information is held on a database and will not be made available to third parties for marketing purposes. 


Indemnity: Where matters beyond the reasonable control of the Global NGO Council (The Organisers) impair or prevent The Organisers from being able to perform its obligations or deliver a service at this event, such as power shortages, natural disasters, WHO warnings, war, terrorism, strikes or acts of God, the client shall release The Organisers from any liability of loss incidental or consequential to this event, including costs arising from cancellation, postponement or delay.


IMPORTANT NOTICE 


The Global NGO Council reserve the right to change the programme or the speakers. In the unlikely event that the Global NGO Summit, Expo & Awards has to be cancelled, the Global NGO Council is not liable for any travel and accommodation costs incurred by delegates in connection with their registration. The Global NGO Council cannot accept liability for any loss, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person arising from reason of war, including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorism or threats thereof, natural disaster, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates in connection with the conference, non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators, industrial disputes, government action, regulations, or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the event.
